Stand Still
Stand Still is an interactive art game that invites players to slow down and rediscover the quiet beauty of everyday moments. In a world that constantly urges us to move, chase, and achieve, the game asks a simple question: What happens when you stop?
Through a physical controller, you step into a digital space shaped by stillness itself. Light filters through trees, clouds drift across the sky, and rain begins to fall. The more you pause and listen, the more the world reveals itself. There are no enemies, no objectives, no scores, only subtle shifts of sound, light, and motion that respond to your presence. Stand Still transforms a moment of inaction into an act of discovery, reminding us that sometimes, standing still is the only way to move forward.
Stand Still was exhibited at the West Bund Art Center as part of the FutureLab exhibition and at the New Bund 31 as part of the Future Theatre exhibition.
